1 hard boiled egg
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 apple muffin (Symphony cafe)
1 glass Bolthouse Green Goodness fruit smoothie
1 Kroger carbmaster yogurt (strawberry)
1 large handful of cashews
1 large serving wheat thins and roasted red pepper hummus (Trader Joes)
1 large serving vegetable lasagna (zucchini)
2 gingersnaps (homemade)
1 Yoplait parfait (grasshopper)
4 slices of chianti salami (Trader Joes)
1 serving of multigrain sunchips and salsa
