10-30-11

1 small bowl of cheerios (2%)
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 king sized peanut roll
1 handful of cashews
1 serving of chicken sausage gumbo over brown rice (tomatoes, okra)
1 large handful of steamed green beans (salt, garlic, butter)
2 pieces of homemade cheese bread (mozzarella)
