1 Kroger carbmaster yogurt (tropical fruit)
1 package toasted peanut butter crackers
1 honeycrisp apple
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 1/4lb cheeseburger (Wendy's)
1 gingersnap (homemade)
1 glass mixed berry and grape juice
