2 glasses of Bolthouse Green Goodness fruit smoothies
1 package of toasted peanut butter crackers
1 honeycrisp apple
1 roast beef and cheddar sandwich on white (horseradish mayo, field greens)
1 large bowl of chicken an vegetable soup
1 whole wheat bagel
3 cups of coffee (cream)
1 maple and pecan doughnut
