1 nectarine
1 bowl of chicken and vegetable soup
2 handfuls of cashews
1 spoonful of greek style spaghetti squash casserole (yellow squash, green and kalamata olives, capers, roasted green and red peppers, feta, parsley)
1 large serving of hummus and pita chips
2 1/2 scoops of Jeni's ice cream on a waffle cone (dark chocolate, buckeye state)
1 sample of each (Jeni's): riesling poached pear sorbet, brambleberry crisp, askinoise dark milk chocolate
