1 bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 serving of linguine with a caper and peppers white sauce
1 small serving imitation crab
1 serving steamed and buttered green beans
2 glasses of grape limeade
1 large serving of pita chips and hummus
2 handfuls of peanuts
