8-16-11

1 large bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
1 large handful of fresh blueberries
1 Yoplait light yogurt (blackberry)
1 glass of Bolthouse Green Goodness fruit smoothie
1 ham and cheese sandwich on a whole wheat bagel (basil, tomato, mayo, mustard)
1 serving cucumber salad
1 serving pita chips and hummus
