1 bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
1 large handful of fresh blueberries
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 serving of steamed green beans (butter)
1 serving of spaghetti with mushroom and meat sauce
1 mojito mocktail (Holland House)
1/2 portion of grilled vegetable Napolean (portabello, squash, zucchini, panko-dredged eggplant, feta, sweet pea puree, balsamic reduction) (Holland House)
1 small wedge of Green Hill cheese with honey, sourdough rounds and toasted almonds (Holland House)
1 small wedge of Chocolate Lab cheese with 1/2 a sliced strawberry (Holland House)
