1 bowl of multigrain Cherrios/Kroger life (2%)
1 banana
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 ham and cheese sandwich on multigrain bread (tomato, basil, mustard, mayo)
1 Yoplait yogurt (cherry)
1 fresh kiwi
1 Route-44 peach sweet tea (Sonic)
1 large serving pita chips and red pepper hummus
