1 large bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
5 chocolate covered pretzels
2 slices of ham and mushroom pizza (homemade)
1 small serving of green salad
1 Publix lowfat fruit on the bottom yogurt (cherry)
1 green apple
1 handful raw almonds
1 large serving asian turkey meatballs (ginger, soy, garlic, sauce)
1 serving basmati rice
1 serving steamed edamame
1 small slice of chocolate beet bundt cake (homemade)
1 slice of lemon chess pie
2 BWB Cherry Wheat Ales
