3-20-11

2 cups lemon ginger tea (lemon, ginger, cayenne)
1 banana
2 servings alla checca (tomato, garlic, olive oil)
1 small apple
1 serving cut broccoli
1 serving cut vegetables (broccoli, green and red peppers, carrots)
1 serving hummus
1 carrot
2 handfuls of raw almonds
