1 bowl shredded wheat (2%)
3 cups of coffee (cream)
1 Kroger light yogurt (cherry)
1 bowl cheese and broccoli soup (Cafe)
1 grilled chicken breast in a whole wheat pita
1 bowl of chicken and vegetable peanut-butter soup (tomato, zucchini, potato, carrots, onion)
1 serving hummus and multi-grain tortilla chips
2 Yuengling Lord Chesterfield Ales
1 homemade blueberry strudel muffin
