2-26-11

1 large bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
1 small serving of yogurt and fresh blueberries
2 cups of coffee (cream)
1 small red plum
1 turkey and havarti sandwich on a whole wheat bagel (spinach, red onion, mayo mustard)
1 small bunch of red grapes
2 Woodchuck 802 ciders
1 Genessee Cream Ale
1 serving mixed greens salad (carrots, radishes, jimica, kohlrabi, avocado, green onion, chick peas, sunflower kernels, lemon yogurt dressing)
2 servings stamp-pot (mashed potato, yukina savoy, carrots, garlic, red pepper, pepper jack cheese)
2 New Belgium Fat Tires
