2-4-11

1 large bowl of shredded wheat
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 orange
2 turkey and muenster sandwich (mayo, mustard, tomato, onion) on a whole wheat bagel
10ozs apple juice
1 small mixed green salad (blueberries, onions, candied pecans) with creamy ceaser dressing
1 Fat Tire
1 Miller High Life
3 Wasa crackers (light rye) with hummus
