1 large bowl of shredded wheat (2%) and half a banana
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 Kroger light yogurt (strawberry)
2 pieces of meat lovers pizza (Italia)
1 glass of white wine
2 glasses of champagne
1 Yazoo Dos Perros
1 serving of pita strips
1 small serving of tapenade
1 small serving of hummes
1 small serving of spinach-artichoke dip
1 small serving of guacamole
1 small serving of cut fruit (blueberries, honeydew, blackberries)
1.5 jerk-turkey burgers on flat bread (turkey, carrots, peppers, pepperjack, onion, bbq)
1 jerk vegetable kabob
1 serving cold quinoa and apple salad
1 large serving roast potatoes
3 Blue Moons
1 large glass of Encore (port)
1 slice apple pie with vanilla ice cream
1 large handful of honey dijon kettle chips
