1 large bowl of shredded wheat (2%)
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 turkey avacado and swiss sandwich on a whole wheat bagel (mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, chips)
1 small serving baby carrots
1 large serving vegetarian lasagne
3 Hornsby Hard Ciders
2 glasses red wine
1 glass port
