1 large bowl of honey nut cheerios (2%)
1 banana
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 package of toasted peanut butter crackers
2 handfuls of mint M&Ms
2 scoops of Purity frozen yogurt (chocolate moose tracks)
1 small serving of roasted red pepper hummus and wheat thins
1 large serving of risotto
1 serving of green beans
1.5 pieces of tilapia in a ginger lemon butter
1 New Belgium Snow Day ale
1 Sierra Nevada Tumbler ale
