1 ham and cheese sandwich on homemade bread (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard)
1 small serving tomato vegetable soup
1 Yoplait light yogurt (cinnamon roll)
1 square 70% dark cocoa (Moser Roth)
1 small serving vegetable pakora
1 large serving quinoa
1 serving curried spicy sweet potatoes
1 large serving  curried something-or-other
2 pieces naan (homemade)
