1 large bowl of honey nut cheerios (1%)
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1 small serving of pita chips and hummus
1 small bowl of tomato vegetable soup
1 slice of homemeade bread with muenster cheese
2 cups Throat Coat Tea
1 square 90% dark cocoa (Lindt)
