1 mixed bowl of Quaker oatmeal squares and Kashi crunch (2%)
2 handfuls of peanuts
2 pieces of leftover easter chocolate
2 beef quesadillas
1 serving greek style orzo salad
1 serving Louisianastyle  red beans (andouille sausage, peppers, onions, garlic) over basmati rice
