1 serving tofu pad thai (Thai Phooket) with 1 egg roll
4 marinated mozzarella bals
6 marinated kalamata olives
3 slices of peppery prosciutto
3 slices of salami
1 handful orange flavored cranberries
12 greek style minted meatballs with homemade tzatziki sauce
2 pieces of flatbread
1 large serving of tabbouleh
