1 Kroger blended yogurt (strawberry)
1 hard boiled egg
1 large serving penne and sausage pasta (broccoli, portabello, Parmesan, onion)
1 serving mixed green salad with Parmesan and vinaigrette
1 Michelob Lager
2 Molson Lagers
