2 toasted wheat bagels
2 sunnyside up eggs
1 serving sauteed vegetables (peppers and onions)
2 glasses orange juice
2 cups of coffee (cream)
1 serving green salad (avocado) with raspberry vinaigrette
1 gala apple
1 Publix lowfat yogurt (cranberry raspberry)
1 raspberry and cheese danish
2 servings fried pecan encrusted chicken
2 servings mushroom spinach and shells pasta (cheese)
4 Yuengling lagers
