1 bowl of shredded wheat (1%) with cut strawberries
1 cup of coffee (cream)
1 beef chimichanga
1 serving chips and salsa
1 serving refried beans
2 pieces dill bread
2 beef and vegetable kabobs
1 serving mixed green salad (vinaigrette)
2 pieces garlic bread
2 sevings white rice
3 glasses red wine
1 glass white wine
