1 bowl of Grapenuts/Shredded wheal (2%)
2 cups of coffee (cream)
1 bowl of noodle soup (bok choy, shitake, udon)
2 Michelob Marzens
1 half-assed ham sandwich (1/2 wheat bagel with mayo, ham slab and provolone)
2 tuna burgers (on whole wheat buns, with spinach, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo and colby-jack)
1 baked sweet potato (as fries)
1 can of Mountain Dew
1 handful of mint M&Ms
1 large scoop of Ben and Jerry's Vanilla Heath Bar Crunch
