2 cups of coffee (cream)
1 publix lowfat fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt (vanilla pear)
1 bowl of black beans and rice (with turkey sausage)
1 bowl of chili (3 pepper, 3 bean, beef) with Fage
1 Miller Light
1 glass of port (Dow's Boardroom)
